Matthew was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and showed us how to operate the vehicle (gently reminding us to stay to the left!). Everything went smoothly and the vehicle was in very nice shape, serving us admirably as we drove all over the island for a month. Drop off was simple and painless, and communications were prompt and helpful. Five stars for sure!

We recently rented a car through ABC and can not recommend them more! We decided 2 days before our trip we wanted a car. We are 2 adults and 1 2 year old. They provided us with a suv and a car seat for my son. They also installed the car seat for us & showed us how to use it. They also brought 2 other car seats to choose from as options. Tim offered to drive us to our hotel since it was 30 mins away & they drive on left side. I give them a 10/10 and highly recommend a car in St Kitts to explore the island. Excellent choice for car rental on St Kitts. They are very helpful and flexible and picked us up at both the airport and ferry port in Basseterre (after visiting Nevis) as required. We stayed at a rental unit near Marshall's restaurant and they are based near there.

I absolutely hate waiting ages to get a rental car and this certainly wasn't the case.

Genna collected us from the airport, gave us a little tour of the local area and drove us to our accommodation. She'd already arranged to have our rental car ready there for us (awesome!), and after a quick transaction, she left us to it, zero fuss!

We were allowed to leave the car at the ferry port (i.e. One way drop off) at no extra charge, and she was communicative via WhatsApp the entire time.

I would, without any hesitation, use ABC again and again; this was probably the best rental car experience I've ever had and I've rented cars in over 20 different countries across the world.

Start to finish I had a great experience using ABC. Booking online via email was easy. Genna who is very friendly met me at the airport with my rental which was all ready to go after doing some paper work. I will definitely use ABC again.

After being let down by Thrifty we found Alan and his company. We were able to get a car from ABC at very short notice and it did everything it said on the tin (if you'll pardon the expression!) Very professional company and down to earth couple - I'm sure you'll have no problems renting from ABC.

We had an awesome experience with ABC Car Rental! The customer service goes way above and beyond. They provided good recommendations for sites and activities to do during our visit on the island. When we got to the Airport our flight was delayed. We called Alan to see if we could extend our rental for few more hours to go and get some food. Alan was very flexible and accommodating. He refused to take any money! If you are looking to rent a vehicle in St. Kitts, don’t look any further.

You seriously can’t ask for a better car rental experience. We got a flat in the evening on Christmas Eve and Alan was right there to get everything fixed. This is the only place to rent a car on St Kitt’s.

Alan is a sweet gentleman that will take good care of you while you’re in the beautiful island of St. Kitts. He’s honest, reputable and even bought us a drink when we bumped into him at a local restaurant. He was only a phone call away all week. Don’t hesitate to rent from ABC.

A great car hire company on the Island! Alan was fantastic help gave us a great deal on our car. He also gave us an island guide he has written himself giving directions and tips to get around both St kitts and Nevis would strongly recommend!

Our car was delivered to the Marriott resort, and we spent an enjoyable 30 minutes chatting about St. Kitts and Nevis with the woman who did the delivery. She offered to let us keep the car an extra night and drop it at the airport, avoiding a $20 cab ride. Renting a car in St. Kitts is not cheap-our CRV was $348 for four days plus the extra night with maximum insurance, fees and the $25 driver's license, but we were happy with the car and delighted with the service. We would certainly rent from ABC again.

We rented from ABC for a week down on the island.

I highly recommend Alan. Like others, I first tried the car rental names I was familiar with, but they had no vehicles available. I submitted a request to Alan on his website and he responded quickly with information about how much the rental would be and some information about the logistics on the island (you need to pay a fee to get a “license” to drive on the island). Alan met us at the airport as planned and even ended up having his wife come to help us with our extra luggage. He provided some good information about the island. He even bought us a round of drinks at the hotel! I would definitely use Alan again if we make it back to St. Kitts. Thanks Alan! - Nicolle

I rented a car from ABC for 2 weeks while working in St Kitts. Alan was very helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. It was an easy and excellent experience. I am returning shortly to St Kitts and am renting from ABC again. I highly recommend.
